302 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 302 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 302 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the 302 platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you have authorised it. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 302 platform agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or similar tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform or other users' accounts.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or incentives in a manner that violates the stated terms and conditions.
- Conducting financial transactions related to money laundering or financial fraud.
- Sharing, lending, or selling account access to another party.
- Spreading misleading, harmful, or unlawful content through the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances linked to fraudulent activity, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 302 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
All withdrawal requests are subject to an account verification process that may require proof of identity. 302 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal deemed suspicious or non-compliant with the platform's security procedures until an investigation is concluded.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or related charges in Malaysia are solely the user's responsibility. 302 is not responsible for reporting or settling any tax obligations on behalf of users. Users are advised to consult the relevant authorities for further information on their individual tax responsibilities.
In the event of a processing error caused by a technical failure on the platform's end, 302 will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation. However, 302 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by third-party providers such as banks or e-wallet operators.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 302 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 302 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 302 platform — including logos, text, graphics, images, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of 302 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or use any such content for commercial purposes without express written consent from 302.
Third-Party Links
The 302 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. 302 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
302 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the user's own request. Upon account closure, any valid and withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any necessary investigation.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
